Our software licenses follow the SAAS model ("Software as a Service") whose characteristics are following: application private area with with own entrance to the licensee, totally independent in a specific subdomain, guaranteeing the privacy and security of service. In cases of using the network software for team working, each user has his own access to its private area, sharing contents with the rest of the working team.

Using the service:
To make proper use of the software, simply follow the tutorials in our website, also the helps and the support given by our team to the user licensee too. We understand as bad or wrong use of the software, malicious practices as attempts to breach system security or to share the license terms off limits of the acquired license software. Any violation of this article, may lead to a fault, causing a review of the license contract or even ending the contract itself.
Providing services:
Diet Creator takes care of the maintenance of the application and the hosting too.

Software has by default relevant nutritional content, by courtesy of Diet Creator, which can be edited, modified or deleted by the user licensee. Software allows the creation of any new content in any level and hierarchy, thus respecting the nutritional paradigm that it’s necessary to use. Computational engines only manage data and content in a logical way, friendly and standard. It uses scientific criteria agreed and approved by the scientific community.
Safety:
Website safety is guaranteed in our Apache servers, with continuous backup system and mirror technology between servers for any eventuality in the main server. In Diet Creator Premium mode we create security scripts and also we import data on demand.
Payment Gateway:
Our website manage all payments in the most secure payment site, Paypal. We don’t save and we haven’t access to credit card details, security keys or identification and secret numbers.
Data processing:
Our system manage only the essential data from the contact and contract forms, only to facilitate user managing software and with administrative purposes. In any case we share data with third parties or we use data with commercial purposes.
Warranties:
All our licenses has warranty and technical support unlimited, always depending on the modality of software and always that software’s use will be under our legal terms.
Software upgrades and custom programming:
Software upgrades are at discretion of the company and they haven’t a specific schedule because they will be made depending on the trends in nutritional sector and depending also on our clients needs.
Custom programming is only for the cases where licenses says that and always it will be made with logical criteria, depending on the proportionality and feasibility of the project and depending too on when these projects will be approved by Diet Creator management, benefiting to both parts: to the user licensee and to the company. For specific and particular programming cases, this will be made under budget.
